White Rock Christian Academy is grounded in a Biblical Christian worldview, emphasizing the development of Godly character and the transformation of the world for Christ. The school offers a continuum of education starting with a play-based Junior Kindergarten program inspired by Reggio Emilia and the IB framework. The academic structure follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, including the Primary Years Program (PYP) for Grades K-5, the Middle Years Program (MYP) for Grades 6-10, and the Diploma Program (DP) for Grades 11-12. The curriculum incorporates core subjects such as literacy, numeracy, music, and physical education, with specialized instruction like the Heggerty literacy curriculum and JUMP Math.

The school provides Education Support Services (ESS) led by a dedicated coordinator and resource teachers. Additionally, the staff includes educational assistants and a school counsellor who serves as the Safe Schools Coordinator. Academic counselling is also available to support student development.

The admissions process begins with an online Application Inquiry Form to determine alignment with enrollment priorities. Following a successful preliminary review, families are invited to submit a full application, which requires documentation such as birth certificates, residency proof, and previous report cards. The process concludes with a family interview, and for Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants, a meeting with a teacher. Acceptance decisions are typically communicated in February or March, followed by a non-refundable tuition deposit to secure a seat.

The school operates on a staggered schedule, with start times ranging from 8:00 AM to 8:40 AM depending on the grade level. Wednesdays feature a later start time to accommodate teacher research and development. The academic year includes scheduled breaks for winter, spring, and summer, with specific early dismissal dates throughout the year.

The campus includes modern classrooms and dedicated spaces for specialized learning, such as a library and gymnasium. Junior Kindergarten students have access to an exclusive playground adjacent to their classroom. The school also features an amphitheater and various outdoor areas, with parking facilities available for families during drop-off and pick-up times.
