David Thorpe trained as a specialist primary teacher and has been teaching in primary and prep schools for nineteen years. He joined Ranby House in 2013 as Deputy Head and was promoted to Headmaster in September 2018.
- Charlotte FutterSenior Deputy Head, Pastoral
Charlotte Futter has a background in French and Japanese, having taught at Dartford Grammar School for Boys and Whitgift School. She previously served as Head of Lower School at Whitgift before joining the senior leadership team.

Andrew Axelby joined the college in 2014 and has held various academic and pastoral roles, including Head of History and Head of Sixth Form. Prior to this, he worked in rugby development for the Rugby Football Union.
Helen ClarkDeputy Head, Ranby HouseHelen Clark has been teaching for sixteen years, starting as a Secondary PE/Games teacher before moving into primary education. She joined Ranby C of E in 2015 as a Year 1 & 2 Class Teacher and Deputy Head.
