The Non-public Athletic Championship Grammar School in Wronki

The school’s educational philosophy centers on equipping student-athletes with a powerful learning mindset to reach their full potential in football and life. It emphasizes four core values: courage, improvement, unity, and belief. The institution aims to develop students as independent, responsible global citizens who are prepared to take an active role in their communities.

The school implements the Polish Ministry of National Education’s core curriculum alongside an original teaching program focused on future competencies such as critical thinking, decision-making, and entrepreneurship. It offers the Mastering Management Program to build leadership skills and provides preparation for the secondary school leaving examination. As a Cambridge International Examinations center, the school also emphasizes multilingualism through collaboration with the British Council and supports global initiatives via the Erasmus+ program.

The school maintains a low teacher-student ratio of 1:6 to ensure an individual approach to learning in small groups. It provides specialized support for student-athletes through classes in health and development psychology, led by experts in sports psychology, dietetics, and medicine. Additionally, the school fosters social and emotional development through interpersonal training workshops, creative thinking exercises, and the use of empathy maps.

The school is located within the modern Research and Development Center in Wronki, a facility built to European standards. The campus includes a gym equipped with professional-grade technology identical to that used by the Lech Poznań first team, as well as physiotherapist offices and glass-walled offices for coaches and analysts. Residential facilities consist of 41 double and triple rooms accommodating 93 players, featuring private bathrooms and study desks, alongside a communal living area. The site also houses the skill.lab, an advanced football simulator used for technical training, and is designed with ecological features such as geothermal heating.
