Younited aims to develop ethical leaders capable of fostering cross-cultural cooperation and conflict resolution. By blending academic excellence with emotional intelligence, the school encourages students to challenge conventions and act as positive change agents. The school offers the two-year International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for 11th and 12th graders, alongside a 10th-grade pre-IB preparatory year. The curriculum includes the IB core—Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS)—and six subject groups covering languages, social sciences, sciences, mathematics, and the arts. All instruction is conducted in English.

The school reports a 100% pass rate for the IB Diploma Programme as of 2024. Graduates are prepared for university education, with 20% of students achieving scores over 38 in their IBDP in 2022. The school is also a member of the OECD School+ Network.

The school provides a dedicated University Guidance Counselor to support students throughout the university application process, including identifying suitable programmes, composing entrance essays, and securing scholarships. Additionally, a student guidance team—comprising educational and therapeutic counselors—is available to support student well-being. A 4:1 student-to-faculty ratio ensures personalized attention for students.

The school accepts applications from October 15th to May 31st, with early application recommended due to limited spaces. The process includes an online application, submission of grade reports, a personal essay, and a registration fee. Candidates are evaluated based on academic achievement, English proficiency, leadership potential, and curiosity, with screening workshops and interviews required for final selection.

The academic year typically begins in early September with orientation sessions for new and returning students. The calendar includes a winter break from late December to early January and a spring break in April. The school year concludes in mid-to-late June with graduation for the final year students.

The school is situated on a 17-hectare green campus in the heart of Israel, which includes dormitories where students live in diverse groups. The campus features an outdoor community space, a dining hall, and various areas for academic and artistic activities. It provides an immersive environment designed to support both the academic and social development of its students.

Students participate in the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) programme, which requires at least three hours of involvement each week. The school offers approximately 25 different CAS options and extracurricular activities, allowing students to engage in creative pursuits, physical activities, and community volunteering. Students are encouraged to lead their own initiatives within the community.
