Al Rabeeh School follows ADEK guidelines for its admissions process. Prospective students for FS1 must be 3 years old by 1st September of the academic year. The process includes an admissions test, after which a non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a place.

The school calendar is approved by ADEK and typically runs from September to July. The academic year is divided into three terms, with a winter break occurring in December and January. Dates are subject to change based on Islamic public holiday announcements.

The campus includes specialized areas such as a library and facilities for Design and Technology.
