The academic year is divided into three terms. Term 1 runs from late August to early December, Term 2 from early January to mid-March, and Term 3 from late March to early July.

The purpose-built campus on Al Reem Island features advanced facilities including three swimming pools, an Olympic-sized rooftop pool, a FIFA-certified Astroturf pitch, a gym, and courts for tennis and basketball. Academic spaces include twelve science labs, a design technology centre, a media centre, and three libraries tailored to different age groups. Creative facilities comprise a large auditorium, eight music rooms, and nine private practice suites, complemented by an on-site café for parents.
