Admission is based on the student's academic capability and the availability of seats. The process includes an interview with the Principal or Deputy, and students transferring from non-English schools must complete a placement test in English and Mathematics. Registration is open throughout the academic year, Sunday to Thursday, from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.

The academic year runs from late August to mid-June and is divided into two terms. Key dates include an orientation day in late August, mid-term holidays in November, and final examinations held in June. The calendar also observes various national and religious holidays, including Saudi National Day, Founding Day, Eid Al-Fitr, and Eid Al-Adha.

The campus features a certified IGCSE examination hall capable of accommodating over 200 students, alongside two computer labs tailored for different grade levels. The library provides both physical and digital resources, including e-books and touch-screen research stations. Additional facilities include a science lab equipped to University of Cambridge standards, a large playground covered with artificial grass and protective shading, and a dedicated, fully-equipped play area for the Kindergarten section.

The school offers extra co-curricular activities designed to enrich the academic prowess of students across all levels. These activities are integrated into the school experience to support the development of leadership skills and well-rounded individuals.
