She holds a BBA in business and accounting, a master's in education, and a Texas leadership certification.

Throughout her 32-year career with ISG, she has held positions including teacher, assistant principal, principal, and director of human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Ohio University and a master's degree in leadership from the University of Minnesota.

    Richard has worked in education for over 16 years, teaching in the UK, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. He joined ISG in 2015 and previously served as the Coordinator for School Improvement in ISG’s Teaching and Learning Office. He holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance, a PGCE in Business Education, an MA in Teaching & Learning, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.
