Asten College follows the 'Core 24' approach, a values-based education framework adopted from 'The Leader in Me' programme, which aims to develop fundamental life skills and enhance human effectiveness. The school provides a British education starting with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for children aged 3.5 to 5.5 years, followed by a primary programme (Key Stages 1 and 2) for ages 5 to 11. The secondary programme (ages 11-17) follows the Cambridge International Curriculum, covering Lower Secondary (Years 7-9) and Upper Secondary (Years 10-12), which prepares students for IGCSE and A Level examinations. The campus is situated on a 20,000 m² plot of land within Taj City, Cairo, and was designed by the UK-based architecture firm Gensler. The facility is strategically located on the Cairo–Suez International Road, providing easy access to surrounding areas such as Heliopolis, the Fifth Settlement, and Nasr City. The environment is specifically designed to be safe, healthy, and conducive to equitable learning.

The school offers a diverse array of after-school extracurricular activities designed to support students' pastoral, social, and emotional needs.
