The academic year is divided into three terms. Term 1 typically runs from late August to mid-December, Term 2 from January to early April, and Term 3 from mid-April to late June. The calendar includes breaks for half-term holidays and observes various public and religious holidays.

Located on a purpose-built campus in Maadi, Cairo, the school features a blend of modern and Arabic architecture across three main buildings.
