Reddam House Ballito operates on a non-denominational, co-educational basis with a focus on nurturing individuality, talent, and self-assurance in a secure, self-disciplined environment. National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations are scheduled from 14 October to 27 November 2026, with CIE IGCSE and AS/A Level examinations occurring at various points between April and November.

The campus is located in the Dolphin Coast region and features architecture designed to complement the subtropical environment, utilizing wood and stone-clad walls. Key facilities include an Olympic-sized water polo pool, a 500-seater theatre, and an on-site café. Recent developments include a new Early Learning School building, 12 new classrooms, a multi-purpose centre, and new playgrounds.
