The school offers a K-12 curriculum that integrates academic concepts with practical, project-based learning. At the end of Grade 8, students choose between the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) pathway—leading to IGCSE in Grade 10 and AS/A Levels in Grades 11–12—or the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) pathway, which leads to ICSE in Grade 10 and ISC in Grade 12. The curriculum includes theme-based learning modules in primary school and incorporates guest lectures, internships, and outbound adventure programs.

Inventure Academy has achieved recognition as a top co-ed day school in India and Bangalore. Students have been admitted to top colleges in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Canada, and India, with 78% of students placed in Tier 1 universities. The school has produced 54 Cambridge world and country toppers since 2010.

The school employs a method of Differentiated Learning, which allows the interests, strengths, and abilities of each child to guide the support provided for their educational needs. The admission process begins in September of the previous calendar year and operates on a first-come, first-served basis for available seats. The school prioritizes personal interaction with prospective parents and guardians over conventional testing to assess a child's strengths and learning needs. Applicants must submit an application form, birth certificate, academic records for the last three years, and any relevant co-curricular certificates. Following document submission, the school conducts face-to-face meetings and placement tests to evaluate grade readiness, with specific requirements for English, Mathematics, Science, and Second Language for older students.

Inventure Academy operates three campuses in Bangalore, including the Whitefield-Sarjapur campus, a preschool in Whitefield, and the Yeshwanthpur campus. The facilities are designed to support a holistic learning environment, featuring dedicated spaces for the arts, design, and technology. The school also provides a Maker Space to facilitate hands-on, rounded learning experiences.

The school dedicates 20% to 40% of the school day to 'Beyond Academics,' which encompasses sports, the arts, and community service.
