International Pioneers School

The school follows the National Curriculum for England, adapted for local and international students. The academic pathway includes Early Years and Primary stages, followed by Lower Secondary, which incorporates Cambridge Checkpoint assessments. In Years 10 and 11, students pursue Cambridge IGCSE qualifications, while Years 12 and 13 offer Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge AS and A Level pathways. The school is an official Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel examination centre and an SAT testing site.

Graduates have achieved 100% placement success into international programs in Thailand and universities worldwide, including institutions in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Malaysia, and India. Students consistently perform above the global average in Cambridge Checkpoint assessments for Science, Mathematics, and English, and achieve strong results in Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge IGCSE, AS, and A Level examinations.

The school maintains a student support system and an inclusion program to assist learners. Pastoral care is further supported by a House System designed to foster community and student well-being.

Applications are accepted throughout the year for students from Kindergarten 1 through Year 13. The process includes an in-person school visit, a placement test assessing English literacy and numeracy skills, and an interview. The Admissions Committee reviews assessment results, previous school records, and interview performance to make a final decision.

The school operates on an academic year that typically commences in August. Specific term dates and holiday schedules are provided via downloadable calendars for both the Krungthonburi and Bangkhae campuses.

The school operates two campuses in Bangkok: the established Krungthonburi campus and the modern Bangkhae campus, which opened in 2022. The Bangkhae campus features purpose-built, modern classrooms and state-of-the-art facilities designed to support learners from Early Years to Key Stage 5. Both locations provide environments for academic and extracurricular pursuits.

Students participate in a wide range of activities, including Model United Nations (MUN) debates, English, Science, and Mathematics Olympiads, and TED talks. The school also offers community service projects, student-led fundraising, sports, music, art, and cultural events. Additionally, the school provides after-school clubs, field trips, and a military training programme.
