The school’s philosophy is centred on the child, drawing inspiration from the educational practices of Janusz Korczak. It prioritises empathy, attentiveness, and respect, viewing children as individuals capable of taking responsibility for their own development. The school fosters an environment of intercultural dialogue, safety, and curiosity, where pupils are encouraged to participate actively in school life.

The school provides primary education for Years 1–8, integrating the Polish national curriculum with the Cambridge International programme. The Cambridge curriculum includes English as a Second Language, Mathematics, Science, Well-being (Years 1–3), and Global Perspectives (Years 4–8). Instruction utilizes an immersion approach and Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) to develop language skills alongside subject knowledge.

The school aims to prepare pupils for international school-leaving examinations, Cambridge exams, and future university studies conducted in English. Graduates are expected to demonstrate fluent use of English, critical thinking, independent inquiry, and a responsible approach to global issues.

The school employs a school psychologist and co-teaching support teachers to assist with pupil development. The educational approach is highly individualised, with a focus on the child's emotional wellbeing, social skills, and developmental stages.

Admissions are conducted throughout the school year, subject to place availability. The process begins with an online application form, followed by a meeting between parents and the Headteacher, and a meeting between the child and the school counsellor or psychologist. Required documentation includes proof of school readiness for Year 1, previous school certificates for Year 2 and above, and any relevant psychological or educational assessments.

Located in the Zabłocie district of Kraków, the school provides a modern, safe, and welcoming environment. The campus includes a school library and dedicated spaces for academic and extracurricular activities.

The school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities designed to develop passions, talents, and future-ready skills. Pupils engage in activities such as science experiments, creative arts, singing, programming, chess, language learning, and sports. Many of these activities are conducted in English, and the school provides an after-school club available from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
