The admissions process is open year-round, subject to place availability. Applicants must complete a registration form and undergo an entrance assessment, followed by an interview with the child and parents. Upon acceptance, families must submit required documentation—including birth certificates, identity documents, and photographs—and pay the registration fee, security deposit, and applicable school fees.

The academic year operates from the beginning of January through the end of November. Monthly school fees are payable for all twelve calendar months, with payments due in the first week of each month.

Facilities include purpose-built preschool campuses, such as the Subang Jaya location which features two double-storey buildings, and various sites across the Klang Valley.
