Programmes

The school offers a comprehensive academic pathway divided into the Early Learning School (ages 1–6), Preparatory School (ages 7–13), and College (ages 14–18). The curriculum is based on the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) framework and includes specialist teaching in over 20 subjects, such as French, Italian, and Portuguese. About the campus

The school operates across two extensive campuses in Bedfordview. The BCC Campus houses the Early Learning School and Junior Preparatory phases, featuring Provençale-style classrooms, playgrounds, sports fields, cricket nets, and tennis courts. The Main Campus, located near the Kensington Golf Course, serves the Senior Preparatory and College phases and includes modern classrooms, an AstroTurf hockey field, tennis courts, a cricket oval, a swimming pool, science and computer labs, and dedicated music, dance, and art studios.

Co-curriculars

The school offers a diverse range of co-curricular activities, including programmes in drama, dance, music, visual arts, and public speaking. Sports offerings include rugby, hockey (on an AstroTurf pitch), tennis, cricket, and swimming, with facilities such as an Olympic-sized water polo pool.     Stephen Hazley has been with the school since before its launch, serving as a Geography teacher and Head of Sport before becoming College Principal in 2008 and taking responsibility for the Senior Preparatory phase in 2014. He holds a B.A. Honours and H. Dip. Ed. from Wits, and is passionate about drawing the best out of teenagers.
