The school's philosophy is built upon the pillars of autonomy, creativity, critical thinking, and solidarity. It employs a proprietary pedagogical model called "What if? Creative Thinking," which focuses on three core axes: happiness, creativity, and sustainability. The institution aims to generate innovative learning contexts that allow each member of the community to develop the best version of themselves.

The school offers a trilingual curriculum divided into three levels: Level 1 (Pre-kindergarten to 1st grade), Level 2 (2nd to 6th grade), and Level 3 (7th to 11th grade). The academic programme integrates science, arts, and technology through a transdisciplinary approach, utilizing the "What if?" methodology which replaces traditional classes with collaborative workshops. Additionally, the school offers a dual-degree programme with Canada and incorporates sustainability projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The school consistently achieves a "Very Superior" level in the ICFES (Saber 11) examinations. It has graduated 28 classes, with alumni attending leading universities both within Colombia and abroad. Additionally, the school is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and was the first in Latin America to be certified as a "Great Place to Study."

The school provides a dedicated medical service and a Center for the Ser (Center of the Being) to support student development. It also implements an induction process for new students to facilitate their social and curricular adaptation.

The school conducts a unique, year-round admissions process known as "Aventura What if?", which involves three distinct moments designed to explore the talents and skills of prospective students. Families are invited to register for an admissions talk to learn about the school's history, team, and pedagogical model. The process is open to children from 2 years and 6 months of age, and virtual options are available for international families.

The school operates on a Calendar B schedule, with classes typically beginning in August. However, the school maintains flexibility for transfer students and those coming from different school calendars, allowing for varied start times throughout the year based on space availability.

The 80,000 m² campus, designed by architect Rogelio Salmona and recognized as a National Cultural Heritage site, features 10,000 m² of construction integrated with natural surroundings. Facilities include specialized classrooms for dance, art, and music, a library, laboratories, sports areas, an auditorium, a cafeteria, and a dedicated center for integral development. The architecture is inspired by the four elements—water, fire, earth, and air—to harmonize the natural environment with the learning experience.
