The school operates on a term-based calendar with specific authorised dates for arrivals and departures. Boarders are expected to travel at the start and end of terms during designated windows, typically between 09:00 and 21:00 on return days, and 17:00 to 21:00 on Fridays or 07:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays for departures. Travel outside of these authorised times requires prior exemption and may incur a surcharge to cover additional staffing costs.

Located at Broomham Hall in the East Sussex countryside, the campus is accessible by road and rail, situated between Hastings and Rye.
