Maadi Community School

The school is a Christ-centered community that aims to transform Third Culture Kids (TCKs) for Kingdom living through a biblically integrated curriculum. It emphasizes spiritual growth, servant-hearted character development, and a safe, diverse environment where students are encouraged to learn from both success and failure.

The primary and middle school levels follow the National Curriculum for England and Wales, supplemented by the ACSI Bible program, the UFLI phonics program, and instruction in Arabic and Spanish. High school students pursue the American High School Diploma, with access to a variety of elective courses. All students participate in regular devotions and Bible classes as part of the school's core mission.

The school provides a dedicated Special Education program that includes dyslexia support, catch-up phonics and reading, and 1:2:1 aids. Tailored programs are developed to meet individual learning needs, overseen by the Head of Special Needs Services, and students with specific requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The school prioritizes applications from expat Christian development-worker families, and all prospective students must hold a non-Egyptian passport. The process includes a family interview with the Principal, a formal assessment in English and Mathematics, and the submission of previous school reports and medical records. Applicants must be at least three years of age, and parents are required to sign a Statement of Christian Faith and a Parent Admission Agreement.

The school operates on an academic calendar that includes scheduled breaks and terms, with specific dates published for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years. The Board of Directors typically meets monthly, excluding the summer vacation period.

Located at 10 Road 77 in Maadi, Cairo, the school occupies a three-story building characterized by white walls and blue shutters. The campus is secured by a blue steel gate and provides a centralized space for all primary and secondary students to learn together.

Students may participate in a variety of After School Clubs (ASCs) designed to enrich their experience. Offerings include creative and performing arts such as crafts, videography, dance, guitar, and cajon, as well as sports like basketball, football, and volleyball. Other activities include a cooking club, chess, and Minecraft.
