For secondary education, the presence of the student candidate is required. The school office is open for admissions and administrative inquiries from 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, throughout the school year.

The school operates from September to June for standard academic activities, with the school office remaining open during July. The academic year includes key celebrations such as the start of the school year, Christmas, the feast of San Pablo, Holy Week, and the end-of-year graduation ceremonies. Summer camps are also offered annually.
