About the campus
The school operates across two campuses in Murcia: the 63,000m² Buenavista Campus for Early Years and Primary students, and the 15,000m² Montevida Campus for Secondary and Sixth Form students. Facilities include IT suites, science laboratories, art rooms, drama and music studios, an open-air amphitheatre, swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts, and various sports pitches. The Montevida campus is designed with minimal environmental impact, featuring integrated climate control and rainwater harvesting systems.

Vanessa Grimward was appointed Executive Principal of ELIS Cognita on September 1, 2023, and holds overall responsibility for the leadership and management of ELIS Murcia while supporting ELIS Villamartín. She holds a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Southampton and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Buckingham. She is a Council of International Schools accredited evaluator and a qualified NABSS Inspector.
