The admissions process requires applicants to submit an application form, followed by an interview and an entrance assessment. Assessments for Kindergarten 1–3 must be conducted on campus, while students applying for Grades 1–12 may complete the process either on campus or online. A non-refundable evaluation fee is required prior to the assessment, which evaluates school readiness, English proficiency, and skills in mathematics and science.

The school operates on an academic year calendar with terms typically running from August to June. The calendar includes scheduled breaks, public holidays, and specific school events such as House Days, teacher professional development days, and school meetings.
