Chittagong Grammar School National Curriculum is dedicated to the total growth and development of each student, aiming to provide a challenging education that balances academic excellence with character development. The curriculum for Playgroup to Kindergarten is thematic and cross-curricular, covering subjects such as English, Bangla, Mathematics, Science, IT, Art, and Music. From Class 1 to 10, the school utilizes National Curriculum Textbook Board (NCTB) books supplemented by international standard materials to enhance creativity and academic depth.

The school has a strong track record in national examinations, including the Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Junior School Certificate (JSC), and Primary Education Completion Examination (PECE). Between 2018 and 2025, 46% of SSC students attained A+ grades, while 18% secured Golden A+.
