The school follows a four-step enrollment process: a web-based pre-registration, an informative interview with the family, an interview with the student (involving the level director and the psychopedagogical guidance team), and a final administrative meeting to submit documentation. Required documents include a valid identity card, vaccination records, health card, physical aptitude certificate, and a school transfer record (for students aged four and older). Enrollment is formalized upon the submission of all documents and payment of the entrance fee.

The school operates on a daily schedule. Initial level classes run from 13:00 to 17:00, with an optional extended schedule from 8:00 to 17:00. Primary school operates from 8:00 to 17:00. Secondary school (Ciclo Básico) runs from 7:40 to 17:00, while Bachillerato classes run from 7:40 to 14:00. The school also schedules exam periods in February and July.

The campus is located at Toronto 1597 in Montevideo. It includes dedicated spaces for its educational levels and sports activities, such as swimming facilities for the initial and primary levels, and fields or courts for football and hockey. The school also utilizes digital platforms like Siged and Office 365 to support its administrative and educational operations.

The school offers a variety of sports activities at no extra cost. Initial level students participate in swimming, while primary students can choose from football, hockey, and swimming. Secondary students may participate in football, hockey, or an optional sport. Additionally, the school provides extracurricular preparation for international English and Portuguese exams at no additional cost.
