Collège Charlemagne is a private, non-profit educational institution in Montreal serving students from preschool through secondary school. It emphasizes academic effort, curiosity, and perseverance to prepare confident, well-equipped individuals for the future.

Teaching approach

The educational project is built upon five core values: the promotion of the French language, academic excellence, social accomplishment, personal discipline, and health and well-being. The school aims to provide a formative environment that prepares students for the needs of today and the requirements of tomorrow's society, fostering intellectual, social, and personal development from kindergarten through the fifth year of secondary school.

Programmes

The school offers a continuum of education starting from preschool, where students explore over 30 themes annually, through a primary program enriched in French and mathematics. At the secondary level, all students participate in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP), which includes eight subject groups, Spanish instruction, and global contexts. Upon successful completion of the fifth year of secondary school, students may earn a triple recognition involving the IB, the MEQ (Ministry of Education), and the SÉBIQ (Société des écoles du monde du IB du Québec et de la francophonie).
