The Early Learning School follows a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, viewing children as competent, capable learners who thrive through play and self-discovery.

The school offers a curriculum for students aged 1 to 18, transitioning from a Reggio Emilia-inspired Early Learning School to a Preparatory School and College. From the Preparatory stage onwards, students are taught by subject specialists in areas including English, French, Spanish, mathematics, science, drama, dance, music, physical education, and public speaking. The College curriculum is accredited by the Independent Examinations Board (IEB).

Reddam House Constantia maintains a strong record of academic achievement, consistently recording a 100% pass rate in the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) National Senior Certificate examinations. Graduates are supported by professional university counselling, with a significant percentage of students gaining acceptance into their first-choice institutions, including Russell Group and Ivy League universities.

The school provides on-site support services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Physiotherapy. These services are available to assist students with early intervention and the development of fine motor skills.

The 2026 academic year is divided into four terms: Term 1 (14 January – 27 March), Term 2 (13 April – 26 June), Term 3 (21 July – 23 September), and Term 4 (12 October – 2 December). Located on a 32-acre campus in the Constantia Valley, the school features dedicated studios for art, drama, dance, and music, alongside science labs and a well-resourced library. Sporting facilities include expansive fields, a cricket oval, an astroturf pitch, a large sports hall, and an aquatic centre currently under construction. The Early Learning School provides purpose-built facilities, including five unique gardens designed to support specific developmental needs.
