Programmes

Admissions

The school follows a five-stage admissions process: enquiry, online application via the OpenApply portal, review, decision, and enrollment. Applicants for PYP 4 through DP 1 are required to complete English and mathematics testing and an interview, while younger applicants may be assessed as needed. Admission for the IB Diploma Programme closes on September 1st, though transfers from other IB DP programmes may be considered thereafter. A non-refundable application fee of DKK 2.000 is required, and successful applicants must pay a mandatory deposit to complete enrollment.

Calendar

The academic year typically begins in mid-August and concludes in late June. The calendar includes an October break, a winter break spanning late December to early January, a February break, and a spring break. Throughout the year, the school schedules half-days for staff professional development and observes various public holidays, including Kristi Himmelfartsdag, Anden Pinsedag, and Grundlovsdag.

About the campus

The school operates two campuses in the Copenhagen area. The Primary and Middle School Campus in Hellerup serves students from Pre-K through MYP 4, while the High School Campus in the Østerbro district serves students in MYP 5, the IB Diploma Programme, and the Danish STX programme.
