The curriculum is broad-based, covering subjects such as English Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, ICT, Music, Phonics, and Religious Knowledge. The secondary programme prepares students for senior secondary examinations and offers pathways for international certifications like IGCSE, SAT, and TOEFL. The early years programme focuses on guided activities and learning experiences tailored to each child's pace rather than formal academic work.

Pupils are prepared for the National Common Entrance Examination and entrance examinations for private secondary schools. Secondary students are prepared for examinations including WASSCE, NECO, and Cambridge 'O' Level, with opportunities to pursue SAT/TOEFL/IGCSE programmes. Graduates and students have demonstrated academic success, including high-level performance in national and international science and innovation competitions.

Admission into the crèche, playgroup, and nursery is available for children from nine months, 18 months, and three years of age, respectively. Primary school admission is determined by tests in literacy, writing, and arithmetic to ensure appropriate placement. Secondary school entry at Doregos Private Academy requires an entrance examination and interview, with applicants typically aged 10+ and currently in their final year of primary school.

The school operates on a semester-based academic year. Entrance examinations for junior secondary school are held during the second and third semesters, with additional late admission testing conducted during the summer months of August and early September.

The campus features air-conditioned classrooms, a science laboratory, and a fine art studio. Students have access to an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) lab equipped with wireless internet and interactive boards, a learning resource centre, and a well-equipped music studio. Physical facilities include a playground, a paddling pool, a sick bay managed by a qualified nurse, and a fleet of school buses.

Students participate in a variety of activities designed to develop the whole child, including music, fine arts, and STEM-related pursuits. The school has achieved recognition in national and international competitions, such as the JETS National competition and the China Adolescent Science Innovation Contest (CASTIC).
