The school operates on a 'small-school, big-hearts' approach, prioritising personal attention and the development of strong relationships between leadership, staff, and families. The school follows the National Curriculum for England, currently offering education from Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) through to Year 10. It is in a phase of growth, with plans to open Year 11 in the next academic year and Year 12 the following year, eventually becoming a full through-school. The early years programme features a play-based learning approach.

In its initial KHDA inspection, the school received an 'Acceptable' rating with several 'Good' features. It was specifically recognised as 'Good' for progress in English and Mathematics in the primary years, as well as for health, safety, and pastoral care.

Inclusion is a core value of the school, which welcomes students of all abilities and backgrounds. Teachers are trained to support individual learning needs, and the small class sizes allow for specialist provision to ensure students with SEND can flourish.

The school encourages prospective families to book a personal tour to meet the leadership team and observe the classroom environment. For Foundation Stage families, 'Stay & Play' sessions are held every Tuesday afternoon. Once an application and required documents are submitted, placement is typically confirmed within 3-5 working days, with students often able to start within 1-2 weeks.

Located in Al Warqa’a 1, the campus is designed to be a warm, community-focused environment. The school provides transport services across various areas of Dubai, with routes managed for safety and convenience.
