The center believes that every student is an individual with the right to live and reach their full potential. It aims to serve the diverse academic, physical, social, and emotional needs of its students through a multidisciplinary approach that promotes independence, empowerment, and community integration. The environment is designed to be holistic, encouraging, and personalized to each student's abilities.

The curriculum is divided into sections including Primary, Academic, Pre-Vocational, Functional Academics, and Multi-Sensory. The Primary section focuses on cognitive, social, and physical development through play-oriented activities, while the Academic section covers core subjects like math, science, and humanities. The Pre-Vocational and Functional Academics sections emphasize independent living, work ethics, and vocational skills, supported by an Arabic department that integrates language learning into daily life.

The center focuses on equipping students with life skills to promote independence, productivity, and social participation. Older students have access to work placement opportunities and accredited ASDAN courses, which provide qualifications for learning, work, and life. The ultimate goal is to help students reach their full potential and integrate successfully into the community.

Therapy is central to the center's approach, with dedicated professionals providing daily individual and group sessions in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy. These services are integrated into the curriculum to help students overcome physical, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The center is also a Certified Center for Student Wellbeing.

Admission is open to students aged 3 to 30 with various disabilities. The process begins with an application form and the submission of required documentation, followed by an initial assessment with the Director, headteacher, and medical director. A multi-disciplinary team then conducts a full screening to create an Individual Education Plan (IEP) and determine the most appropriate class placement.

The academic year is divided into three terms: Autumn (late August to mid-December), Spring (early January to early April), and Summer (mid-April to late June). The calendar includes scheduled staff professional development days, national holidays, and community events such as a Family Fun Day, Sports Day, and an annual concert.

The campus features custom-built, state-of-the-art facilities including a sensory integration room, a Snoezelen room, and a soft play area. Additional resources include a fully equipped fitness center, a swimming pool, a medical clinic, kitchens, a music room, a woodworking shop, an IT lab, and a library. These spaces are designed to support a holistic environment focused on therapy, education, and social skills.

The center offers a variety of enrichment programs designed to foster creativity, physical development, and self-confidence. These include art therapy, music therapy (with opportunities for choir and orchestra), and a physical education program featuring basketball, football, tennis, and swimming. Students also participate in practical activities such as home economics and woodworking.
