Admissions

The school maintains an open, inclusive admissions policy, welcoming students from around the world regardless of gender, race, disability, or special educational needs. The process is managed online, and prospective families are encouraged to contact the school for guidance on the application journey. A registration deposit of 10% of the total tuition fee is required upon admission.

Calendar

The school operates on an academic year with tuition fees collected in 10 installments. Fees are not collected for the months of July and August, and the 9th and 10th installments are both collected in February. Tuition and computer fees are due by the 1st of each month.

    Lalitha Suresh is an educator with over 33 years of experience leading International and CBSE schools, having been with GEMS Education for over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Education from Mumbai and a Masters in Leadership and Educational Management from the University of Bath, UK. She is also a Lead Collaborator Principal identified by CBSE.

  • Kapila PawarHead of Upper Primary and Middle School

    Dr. Kapila Pawar holds a PhD in Pedagogy from the People’s Friendship University of Russia and has extensive teaching experience in Russia, India, and Dubai. She has been with GEMS for over 7 years and has served as the Supervisor for Upper Primary at GEMS Our Own Indian School for the past two years.

    Lorna Gomes joined GEMS Our Own Indian School in October 2022, bringing 24 years of teaching experience from India, Australia, and Dubai. She holds a Bachelor of Education from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and previously served as a supervisor for grades 3, 4, and 5 at The Millennium School, Dubai, for 6 years.
