Frances is a former Head and Vice Principal with over 17 years of international experience across Dubai, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK. A strong advocate for values-driven education, balancing innovative pathways and high academic expectations alongside wellbeing and genuine care, her focus is on embedding programmes and structures to enable students to flourish socially and emotionally, preparing them to make their mark on the world confidently and successfully.

Graham is an elite sport education leader with over 15 years’ experience in athletic development, strength and conditioning, and high-performance programme design. Holding a Professional Doctorate in Elite Performance, he has shaped multidisciplinary teams and evidence-based strategies at Millfield School, earning national coaching awards and recognition for developing student-athletes to excel on and off the field.

Nicholas is an accomplished drama educator and creative arts leader with 15+ years’ experience in top UK independent schools. Formerly Director of Drama at Wellington College, he has led award-nominated departments, delivered high academic success, and directed large-scale productions. A trained actor, writer, and director, he inspires students to excel in performing arts both academically and professionally.
