Programmes

The school follows a (2-5-3-4) organizational plan, covering Kindergarten, Elementary (Grades 1-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), and High School (Grades 9-12). The curriculum aligns with American (CCSS & Michigan state standards) and UAE MOE requirements, offering core subjects like Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Moral Social Cultural Studies. High school students can pursue Advanced Placement (AP) courses and choose from 36 electives, while middle school students have access to four elective courses. Segregation of boys and girls is implemented from Grade 5 through Grade 12.

Admissions

Registration typically opens in March or April for the following academic year. The process is conducted online, requiring submission of documents such as Emirates IDs, previous school reports, and transfer certificates. Admission is determined through entrance assessments—including verbal interviews for Kindergarten, written tests for KG2 and Grade 1, and CAT4 testing for Grades 2 through 12—followed by a review of academic credits for high school applicants. Students of determination are evaluated by the Inclusion Department to ensure appropriate support.

Calendar

The academic year runs from early September to June, divided into two semesters of approximately 15-16 weeks each. The school operates Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. The calendar includes various assessments, such as i-Ready, MAP tests, and AP official exams, alongside graduation ceremonies and public holidays.
