IDEA Early Learning Centre

Mrs. Claire Walker serves as the Director of IDEA Early Learning Center. She emphasizes creating a community-focused, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and secure, and she advocates for play-based learning and ongoing staff development.

Natalie Molyneux serves as the Head of Admissions at IDEA ELC.

Katrina McLeod is a UK-qualified N.N.E.B Nursery Teacher with a Cache Level 3 in Protecting Children and a Diploma in Higher Education in Play work. She is passionate about challenging and developing children’s learning through play to encourage confidence and independence.

Cynthia Pacheco has been a teacher at IDEA ELC for six years and holds a Montessori qualification along with a CACHE level 3 in Early Years Care and Education. She has 11 years of experience and focuses on developing independence, curiosity, and high expectations in her students.

Naz Taylor is in her 10th year as an Early Years Educator and holds a BA with Hons in Teaching English as a second language, a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and a Diploma in Special Education Need (SEN). She is dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports developmental needs and encourages a love for learning.

Ann-Marie Parks is originally from Scotland and holds SVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Social Services (Children and Young People) and is a fully qualified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. She is passionate about fostering self-guided learning and discovery to help children develop confidence and curiosity.

Andrea Hayes holds a B.A. Hons degree in Acting/Musical theatre and is a licensed educator in Kindermusik. She has nine years of experience as a class teacher at The Kids Palace and The Palace Nursery, and has been a teacher at IDEA ELC since January 2023.

Emma Smith is from the United Kingdom and holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion, production and promotion, a Cache Level 3, and a PGCE. She believes in learning through play and is passionate about building strong relationships with children and parents.

Syndi Armstrong is a UK-based Early Years Educator holding a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. She is dedicated to creating a caring, play-based environment that fosters exploration, independence, and a lifelong love for learning.

Tacita Breedt-Laghmjian is an early years educator from Cape Town, South Africa, with CACHE Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications. She is committed to fostering positive, inclusive, and tailored learning experiences that encourage critical thinking and independence.

Yasmine Pridmore has over 18 years of experience in early years education and a background in nursery management. She focuses on creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment that uses the Creative Curriculum to foster play, exploration, and confidence.
