The school maintains a staff nurse on the premises and has an "on-call" doctor available. All staff members are trained in pediatric first aid and CPR to ensure a safe environment. Furthermore, the school utilizes a Parent App to keep families connected and informed about their child's daily progress and learning milestones.

The nursery accepts students aged 2 to 6 years throughout the year. Prospective families must submit a range of documentation, including passport copies with valid visas, Emirates ID copies for both the child and authorized pick-up persons, birth certificates, immunization records, and recent photographs. Various administrative forms, such as health declarations and transport requests, are also required for enrollment.

The campus features both indoor and outdoor play areas, including a safe and secure soft play area. It is equipped with a junior gym, dedicated reading areas to encourage literacy, and facilities for music and aerobics. The school also provides transportation services that comply with RTA safety standards, overseen by female assistants.

The school offers a variety of activities designed to promote physical and personal development, including an Early Years Fitness Programme with professional sports coaching, aerobics, and music sessions.
