The school follows the British Curriculum, serving students from Foundation Stage through to Sixth Form (Years 12 and 13). Repton Al Barsha has achieved an 'Outstanding' rating by BSO and a 'Very Good' rating by the KHDA. In the 2024/25 academic year, students achieved strong IGCSE results, with 97% of entries graded A-C/9-4, 73% graded A-B/9-6, and 55% graded A*-A/9-7. The school also recently celebrated the graduation of its inaugural A-Level cohort, with students securing university offers and scholarships internationally.

The school prioritises student wellbeing through a dedicated inclusion framework and the appointment of an Inclusion Champion and SENCO. It utilizes the PASS (Pupil Attitudes to School and Self) survey and the PERMA model to assess and nurture mental health. The school welcomes enquiries through its admissions team and provides a structured application process, which includes an application fee of AED 500. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the annual tuition fee is required for new pupils, while returning pupils pay a 5% deposit. The 2025-26 academic year is divided into three terms. The Winter Term runs from 25th August to 5th December 2025, the Spring Term from 5th January to 6th March 2026, and the Summer Term from 23rd March to 3rd July 2026. The calendar includes scheduled half-term breaks and observes various public holidays, such as Prophet Mohammad’s Birthday, National Day, and Eid Al Adha.
