The school believes that every child is unique and possesses boundless potential, aiming to foster natural curiosity and holistic development through play-based learning. It emphasizes building confidence, independence, and achievement by acting as trusted adult companions who guide children on a voyage of discovery. The approach prioritizes a safe, nurturing environment where children feel seen, supported, and inspired.

The nursery follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, which covers seven areas of learning: communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design. Programmes are tailored to specific age groups: Baby Explorers (6–12 months), Little Movers (12–18 months), Curious Learners (18 months–2 years), Early Explorers (2–3 years), and Foundation Stage 1 (3–4 years). The school utilizes "In the Moment Planning" to tailor learning opportunities to the observed interests of individual children.

The nursery maintains an Inclusion Team that collaborates with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure that every child receives appropriate support and encouragement. This team is dedicated to providing individualized attention to meet the unique needs of each student.

The nursery follows a structured enrolment process beginning with an online application and a non-refundable AED 500 application fee. Upon receiving an offer, parents must pay a registration deposit of AED 3,000 to secure a place, which is later deducted from tuition fees. Full payment of fees and submission of required documentation are necessary to complete the formal enrolment procedure.

The nursery operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekends off. The academic year is divided into terms, with tuition and transport fees due in full by the last day of the preceding term.

The nursery operates two purpose-built campuses in Remraam and Dubai Sports City, each featuring 12 bright, airy classrooms with attached toilets. Indoor facilities include a central play area, a reading den, role-play and art zones, a gym, and a medical clinic. Each classroom has direct access to a private, shaded, and secure garden for messy play and outdoor activities, complemented by larger shared spaces such as a bike track, sensory nature walk, water play area, and a dedicated baby zone for children under 18 months.

The nursery offers a variety of enrichment activities, including Mini Chefs, Mad Science, Splash, an Art Zone, gym sessions, and music and movement classes. Language instruction in French and Arabic is provided through Baby Arabia. Additionally, the school hosts year-round events such as Teddy Bears Picnic, Odd Socks Day, UAE National Day celebrations, Winter Singalongs, International Day, Sports Day, World Book Day, Road Safety Day, Earth Day, and FS1 graduation concerts.
