The school follows a bespoke integrated curriculum combining the Swiss Plan d’études Romand (PER) and the English National Curriculum. The academic programme is divided into three cycles: Cycle 1 (Kindergarten to 2P, ages 3-5), Cycle 2 (3P to 5P, ages 6-8), and Cycle 3 (6P to 8P, ages 9-11). Instruction is provided by native French and English-speaking teachers, with subjects taught in both languages.

The school provides a mandatory language tutoring programme for students from Grade 3P who have not completed three years of bilingual education, offering 1.5 to 4.5 hours of support per week. An inclusive environment is maintained for students with special needs, focusing on social benefits and peer-to-peer learning. Teachers are trained to detect and address bullying through class councils, assemblies, and philosophical workshops.

The school admits students aged 3 to 12, representing over 40 nationalities. Applicants must meet the entry age for their grade by July 31st, though the Nursery class may accept children turning three by December 31st. Admission generally requires a full year of attendance before promotion, and mid-year entry may result in a student repeating a grade.

The academic year is divided into three terms, typically running from late August to late June. The calendar includes scheduled breaks for autumn, Christmas, February, and Easter holidays, as well as various public holidays such as the Jeûne genevois, Ascension, and Whit Monday. Pedagogical days are scheduled throughout the year for staff development.

The campus is spread across four floors, featuring natural light, a STEAM laboratory, a Makerspace, an art room, and an open library area. On-site facilities include three rooms dedicated to physical activities, such as sport, theatre, and dance. For specialized sports, the school utilizes external facilities for swimming, sailing, climbing, and skiing.

The school offers a variety of extra-curricular activities, including clubs and 12 weeks of holiday camps. Students participate in activities such as theatre, music, dance, and sports. Additionally, the school facilitates after-school homework sessions supervised by teachers.
