The school follows the French national curriculum, with instruction in French complemented by Arabic, English, Spanish, and German. The academic structure spans from nursery school (TPS to KG2) through elementary (Grades 1-5) to secondary school (Middle School Grades 6-9 and High School Grades 10-12). Students have opportunities to earn internationally recognized certifications, including the DELF, Cambridge English exams, IELTS, DELE for Spanish, and CIMA for Arabic.

Graduates typically pursue higher education in France, Switzerland, Canada, the United States, the European Union, or the Middle East. The French baccalaureate is recognized as equivalent to the Jordanian Tawjihi, allowing students to enroll in both public and private Jordanian universities. The school also facilitates access to Excellence-Major scholarships for high-achieving foreign students.

The school provides support for non-French-speaking students in both primary and secondary levels through French as a Foreign Language (FFL) classes tailored to individual prior knowledge. This includes an induction week at the start of the year and intensive courses during the autumn holidays. Additionally, the school employs a well-being and personal development coordinator to support student needs.

Registration is managed through the school’s Eduka portal. The school charges a one-time registration fee for new students, and tuition fees are tiered based on the student's nationality (French or Jordanian) and grade level. Fees may be paid annually, monthly, or in three trimesters.

The school operates on a standard academic calendar, with the school year typically running from September to June. Key events include the "Week of French high schools around the world," an annual jobs forum, Francophonie week, and end-of-year celebrations such as the kermesse.

The school operates across two geographical sites in Amman: a primary school campus in Deir Ghbar and a secondary school campus on the airport road. Facilities include classrooms, sports areas, and an on-site nurse at each location. Optional bus and shuttle services are available to transport students between home and the campuses, or between the primary and secondary sites.

The school offers over thirty extracurricular activities, including sports like basketball, football, judo, and fencing, as well as creative pursuits such as radio and drama. Students may also participate in AEFE network programmes like 'Ambassadeurs en herbe' (Budding Ambassadors) and the 'jeux MOPI' (Middle East and Indian Peninsula Games). In lower secondary school, three hours per week are dedicated to team sports.
