The school follows a rolling admissions process, with applications opening in early November. The procedure includes a school tour, an online application, an entrance assessment (ranging from group observations for early years to subject-specific screenings for older students), and a parent interview. Admission is finalized upon payment of fees and submission of required documentation, with priority given to siblings and transfers from other British or international schools.

The academic year runs from the first week of September through late June, comprising 175 instructional days. The calendar includes winter, spring, and half-term breaks, alongside various enrichment events such as 'Etholympics', 'Booktopia', and 'Arabic Language Day'. School doors open at 7:35 a.m., with classes typically concluding at 3:10 p.m.

Located on a 14,000-square-meter green campus, the school features 52 classrooms equipped with smart boards, computers, and speakers. Specialized facilities include four science laboratories, three computer labs, a library organized by the Dewey Decimal System, a gymnastics hall, and multiple multi-purpose courts. The campus also provides a nutritious cafeteria, age-appropriate playgrounds, and a well-equipped clinic.
