Required documentation includes a birth certificate, passport-sized photos, and, for transfer students, official reports from the previous school.

The academic year concludes in June, with graduation ceremonies for various grade levels typically held during that month. The school calendar includes scheduled events such as student-led conferences, exhibitions for the Primary Years Programme, and an annual art exhibition for the Middle Years Programme. The school also observes seasonal breaks, such as the Easter break.
