The school provides a comprehensive educational pathway from creche and preschool through to secondary school. The secondary curriculum includes core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Literature, Business Studies, and Economics, with sciences taught as separate subjects from year 7. Students may pursue the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), which requires 30 credits, the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT), and 40 hours of community service. Additionally, the school prepares students for the West African Examination Council (WAEC) exams.

Grenville School consistently prepares students for various international and national assessments, including Checkpoint, IGCSE, WAEC, and the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
