The school offers both Czech and international curricula, including the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP). IB students select six subjects—three at Higher Level (HL) and three at Standard Level (SL)—from groups including Czech A, English A/B, History, Business Management, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Visual Arts/Film. The IB Core is mandatory for diploma candidates and consists of the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and the CAS programme; students may also opt to study individual IB subjects as course students.

Most graduates continue their academic journeys at universities, pursuing fields such as medicine, architecture, and law. The school aims to prepare students to be responsible, active citizens in a democratic society who are capable of critical thinking and lifelong learning. Students complete the IB Diploma Programme with an internationally recognized examination.

The school maintains an open-door policy for students with physical disabilities or learning challenges. Teachers are specifically trained to tailor lessons and provide support to accommodate students with diverse learning needs. The school prioritizes an inclusive environment where educators are attentive to students who may be struggling academically.

The school accepts applications for the IB Diploma Programme from both current students and students transferring from other schools. Registration meetings for the programme occur during the final year preceding the start of the IB DP. Prospective students from outside the school must contact the School Secretary at the GEVO Jižní Město campus to initiate the transfer process.

The school operates two campuses in Prague: GEVO Sázavská in Prague 2 and GEVO Jižní Město in Prague 4. Learning spaces are equipped with modern technology, including laptops and tablets, to support 21st-century education. The school is committed to creating inclusive, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments, with ongoing updates to spaces that support relaxation and mental well-being, alongside a focus on climate-neutral and environmentally friendly building practices.

The school incorporates a Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) programme as a compulsory component of the IB Diploma, requiring students to engage in challenges that strengthen creativity and physical activity while fostering community service. Students are encouraged to develop their individual interests and talents through various school activities. The curriculum also emphasizes the development of soft skills, including argumentation, self-presentation, and communication.
