HOPE International School is a Christ-centered institution that integrates Biblical knowledge into all aspects of its curriculum. It aims to develop students intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, encouraging them to evaluate life experiences from a Biblical perspective. The school offers a continuum of education from preschool through Grade 12. The Primary School follows the UK Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and the UK National Curriculum, while the Middle School (Grades 6-8) prepares students for the IGCSE curriculum (Grades 9-10). In the High School (Grades 11-12), students pursue the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme or a HOPE School Diploma, with core subjects supplemented by Christian Perspectives and health and wellbeing courses.

Graduates are prepared for university and are equipped with a Christ-centered worldview. Students complete internationally recognized qualifications, including the IGCSE in Grade 10 and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or a HOPE School Diploma in Grade 12. Alumni are noted for their academic, social, and spiritual preparation for life beyond the school.

The school provides a Student Support Centre to assist students with additional needs. An English Language Learning (ELL) program is available, with a policy limiting ELL students to a maximum of 25% per class to ensure an English-speaking environment. Guidance counselors and student wellbeing coordinators are also on staff to support the social and emotional development of students.

The admissions process involves submitting an application form with academic records, a placement test, and an interview with the principals. Prospective families must pay a non-refundable application fee and, if applicable, provide verification of missionary or Christian worker status. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of fees, and new families are invited to an orientation session.

The school year typically begins in August, with the academic calendar featuring term dates, school holidays, and major campus events. A simplified calendar is provided annually by March, and a live, detailed calendar is maintained for campus activities and parent meetings. Summer holidays occur during July.

The campus is located in the Khan Sen Sok district of Phnom Penh and includes specialized learning spaces such as science labs, art rooms, music studios, and a library. The facilities also feature sports areas for physical education and athletics, as well as administrative and support offices. The school maintains its own maintenance and cleaning staff to support the campus environment.

Students participate in the Vision in Action (VIA) program, which focuses on service hours. The school also offers various specialist lessons in Art, Music, and Physical Education, alongside athletic programs directed by the Athletic Department. Students have opportunities to engage in community service and explore their faith through various school-led initiatives.
