Hanami Kindergarten

Hanami operates under the vision of being a happy, friendly, and safe school that treats each child as a unique individual with infinite potential. Its educational philosophy is centered on the child, emphasizing experiential learning, the cultivation of character, and the discovery of personal strengths. The curriculum integrates the Cambridge Preschool program, Montessori principles, and STEAM-based learning, complemented by Japanese physical education methods and the Vietnamese national curriculum. Instruction is delivered in a bilingual (English and Vietnamese) environment, covering core areas such as language, mathematics, cognitive development, social-emotional skills, and creative arts. The school serves children in two main age groups: 3–4 years old and 4–6 years old.

The school maintains small class sizes of 18–20 children to ensure personalized attention and a close-knit learning environment. Students are required to wear uniforms and school ID tags daily.

The school operates from Monday to Friday. The daily schedule includes arrival before 7:30 AM, lunch and nap time from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and dismissal before 5:30 PM. Parents are requested to notify the school in advance if a child will be absent or arriving late.

Located on a 3,000 m² campus at 22 Le Mao, the school features a four-story building with 14 age-appropriate classrooms equipped with air conditioning and air purifiers. Specialized facilities include a 150 m² multi-purpose physical education room, a 50 m² art room, a 50 m² STEAM lab, a 155 m² library, and an upcoming swimming pool. The campus also includes indoor and outdoor playgrounds with European-imported equipment, a rooftop sunbathing area, a mini golf practice area, and a one-way kitchen system that adheres to strict food safety standards.

The school offers a variety of enrichment activities, including music (piano), life skills, drawing, and mathematics classes. Students also participate in monthly events such as field trips, birthday celebrations, and buffet parties to enhance social skills and create memorable experiences. Additionally, the school provides opportunities for sports like football and basketball to develop physical endurance and teamwork.
