The school provides an all-round education for children aged 2 to 13, divided into Nursery, Pre-Prep (ages 4–7), and Prep School (ages 7–13). The school operates on a three-term academic year (Autumn, Spring, and Summer). Terms typically begin in early September, early January, and mid-April, with half-term breaks scheduled in October, February, and May/June. Each term concludes in December, March, and July respectively.

Set within 52 acres of Sussex parkland, the campus features a full-size all-weather astroturf, tennis and netball courts, a six-hole golf course, and a 4-lane heated swimming pool. Academic and creative spaces include a modern Art and Design Centre with a kiln and pottery wheel, a dedicated Music School, and the three-storey Owton Building for English and Modern Languages. Younger pupils are based in the 'Secret Garden,' while the renovated Redwood House provides boarding accommodation.
