Teaching approach

The school's educational philosophy focuses on developing critical thinkers, lifelong learners, and internationally minded citizens. It integrates academic learning with a Life Skills framework developed in partnership with Camtree at Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge, focusing on communication, digital fluency, and self-leadership. Additionally, the school emphasizes environmental responsibility, utilizing a LOTUS-certified green campus designed to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability.

Programmes

The academic offering is divided into two main pathways: the International Baccalaureate (IB) stream and the Bilingual stream. The IB pathway includes Early Years (ages 4–5) focusing on purposeful play, the Primary Years Programme (PYP, ages 6–10), the Middle Years Programme (MYP, ages 11–15), and the IB Diploma Programme (DP, ages 16–17). The Bilingual Middle Years Programme (ages 11–14) blends the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) framework with a US core curriculum. Students also engage in STEAM subjects—such as robotics, coding, and design—and have access to multilingual learning in English, Vietnamese, and optional Spanish.

Outcomes

The school's curriculum is designed to prepare students for entry into both local and prestigious overseas universities. Through its partnership with the International Schools Partnership (ISP), students gain access to exclusive scholarships at over 100 global universities. The school highlights that IB Diploma Programme graduates globally are statistically three times more likely to enroll in top 20 higher education institutions and show higher rates of earning first-class or upper second-class honors degrees compared to peers in other programmes.
