The school offers a curriculum spanning Kindergarten, Primary, Middle School, and O-Level stages. O-Level students have access to specialized laboratories and technology-integrated classrooms to support their studies.

The school celebrates academic success, including recognition in the Cambridge Outstanding Learner Awards. Graduates move on to further education, with the school maintaining a 24-year history of O-Level graduates.

The admissions process involves an online application, followed by an interview and assessment. Applicants for Grades 5-8 are assessed in English composition, English comprehension, Math, and Urdu, while those applying for O-Level subjects like Physics, Chemistry, or Add Math may take a Combined Science assessment. Admission decisions are based on performance in these assessments and the interview with the academic coordinator.

The school operates on an academic year that typically begins in August. The calendar includes orientation sessions for new students, faculty return dates, and various sign-up periods for sports, clubs, and societies. Specific dates for holidays and school events are managed through the school's online calendar system.

Located on a 6000-square-yard campus in Phase 8, DHA, Karachi, the school consists of two purpose-built buildings. The original building houses classrooms for Kindergarten through Grade 8, a library, science laboratory, robotics room, and a dance hall. The Shanul Haque building, completed in 2018, provides specialized spaces for Mrs. Haque's School and O-Level students, including an indoor gymnasium, art rooms, science laboratories, and a large common room for project work.

Haque Academy offers a diverse co-curricular programme that includes sports, arts, leadership, and community service. Students can participate in various clubs and societies, as well as the SPARC programme, which provides modules in areas such as STEM, performing arts, health and well-being, and personal skills development. Athletics are a significant part of student life, with opportunities for swimming, padel, and rowing.
