For existing students, enrollment renewal is completed within specified deadlines, including the settlement of any outstanding financial obligations. Specific procedures and deadlines apply to entry-level grades, including Pre-Nursery, 1st Grade, 7th Grade, and 10th Grade.

The school operates on an annual cycle, with enrollment and renewal processes occurring within specific deadlines to facilitate planning for the upcoming academic year. Tuition fees are payable in four installments. The school also hosts specific seasonal programs, such as the British Summer School in Athens.
