Mandatory documentation includes attested transfer certificates, birth certificates, vaccination records, valid passports with visas, and Emirates ID cards. Direct admission is not available for Grades 10 and 12, and transfers from non-Indian curricula are restricted to the month of June.

The academic year at the school follows an April to March cycle. The year is divided into two terms: the first term runs from April to September, and the second term spans from October to March.

The campus features a library, an auditorium for performing arts, and a school clinic to support student health. Academic facilities include an ICT lab with 40 computer terminals, a science lab, a mathematics lab, and a fully equipped English language lab. The school also provides playground space for student activities.
